JOSH MOORE represents clients in complex trial and appellate litigation in both federal and state courts. He focuses his practice on civil litigation where he has experience in discovery, motions practice, settlement negotiations and appeals. Josh also has experience in representing corporate clients in investigations and enforcement actions by the Department of Justice and other regulators. His cases have involved a variety of legal and regulatory issues, including sovereign immunity, environmental regulations, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, federal communications law, trade secrets, fraud litigation and contract disputes.
Prior to joining Sidley, Josh was a law clerk for Judge Paul. J. Kelly, Jr., of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He also worked as an English teacher in Japan on the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) program.
