CHRIS MORGAN advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, primarily for clients in the global corporate and financial services sectors.
He regularly advises human resources and employee relations teams, and in-house employment lawyers on complex grievance and disciplinary issues, immigration and employee terminations, as well as the drafting of service agreements, employment contracts, settlement agreements and company policies.
He also advises Sidley’s corporate group on the employment law and employee representation and consultation issues that arise in the context of national and international transactions.
Chris trained at Sidley where he gained experience in the real estate finance, employment and corporate practices in London. As part of his training contract, Chris also spent six months on secondment to Sidley’s Hong Kong office, where he worked in the arbitration, litigation and regulatory team.
