ALLISON ROSS STROMBERG is counsel in the Chicago office of Sidley’s Restructuring group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of corporate reorganization, bankruptcy proceedings, bankruptcy litigation, and other insolvency matters. She has significant experience representing debtors and other constituencies in complex chapter 11 proceedings.

Allison received her B.A. in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University and graduated summa cum laude from University of Illinois College of Law.
