SHANNON M. THOMPSON advises on structuring, documentation, negotiation, and offering of U.S. and non-U.S. private funds. Her work includes private equity, growth equity, and closed-end credit funds, along with hedge funds, hybrid funds, separate account arrangements and “funds of one,” real estate funds, and fund of funds. Shannon also advises on structuring and documentation of seeding arrangements, fund restructurings, and carry plans, as well as upper-tier governance arrangements. She counsels on various regulatory aspects of private funds.
In addition, Shannon represents institutional investors and fund of funds clients in connection with their investments in leading private investment funds and co-investments.
