L.A. Biz will honor Ellyce Cooper among its 2019 class of “Women of Influence.” The list recognizes women who have found success in a range of businesses affecting the Los Angeles economy while also making time to mentor younger executives, work with nonprofit organizations and pursue charitable endeavors. Ellyce and other honorees will be recognized at the awards dinner on November 14.
Ellyce is a partner in Sidley’s Century City office and a member of the White Collar: Government Litigation and Investigations, Corporate Governance and Executive Compensation and Privacy and Cybersecurity practices. She has extensive experience handling government enforcement matters, internal investigations, and crisis management matters, as well as complex civil litigation. Ellyce is also a member of the Geffen Playhouse Advisory Board and the Women’s White Collar Defense Association is a co-chair of the Greater Los Angeles office Committee for the Retention and Promotion of Women.
