Partners Maja C. Maja is a global leader for the Products Liability and Mass Torts practice. She has represented a wide variety of clients in products liability cases, toxic tort litigation, and mass tort litigation involving pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices. Over a career that has spanned several decades, she has achieved success as national counsel, trial counsel, and trusted advisor to numerous clients confronting the challenges of high-stakes litigation.
Ching-Lee co-heads the New York IP group and is a member of the Global Life Sciences Leadership Council. With 23 years of experience, her successes include numerous jury and bench trial wins, and significant patent litigation victories at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the International Trade Commission, and the Federal Circuit, focusing on electronics, software, medtech, and medical devices.
