A team of Sidley lawyers advised Centrify, the market-leading next-generation identity and access management platform, in the acquisition of a majority interest in Centrify by Thoma Bravo from Centrify’s venture capital investors, led by Mayfield, Accel Partners, Jackson Square Ventures and Index Ventures. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of this year, subject to usual and customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
