Sidley Represents Clearlake Capital and Motive Partners-Backed BetaNXT in its Acquisition of Mediant Communications

Sidley represented wealth management infrastructure software provider BetaNXT in its acquisition of Mediant Communications, a provider of investor communications and technology-enabled solutions to banks, brokers, corporations, funds, and investment managers. Backed by Clearlake Capital Group and Motive Partners, BetaNXT brings together wealth management solutions into a single integrated platform. The Mediant acquisition augments BetaNXT’s suite of wealth management solutions, expanding BetaNXT into investor communications through Mediant’s digital-forward communications capabilities, industry experience, and reliability.
