GABRIELLE CUSKELLY’s practice focus tilts heavily toward the hospitality industry where she advises private equity funds, management companies, investment banks, institutional lenders, life insurance companies, and other real estate investors on both cross-border and domestic transactions. Gabrielle’s practice is broad and also includes a wide variety of real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financing and joint ventures, as well as portfolio and “one-off” acquisitions and sales.
Gabrielle is recognized by Chambers USA as an “Up and Coming” lawyer in 2022 and 2023, for “building a strong reputation across real estate law, focusing on advising lender- or borrower-side clients in relation to mortgage or mezzanine financing” (2023).
Gabrielle is a member of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice, a member of the planning committee for the USC Gould School of Law Real Estate Law and Business Forum, and a member of the program planning committee for the Americas Lodging Investment Summit. She is also co-chair of the firm’s Pro Bono and Public Interest Law Committee in Greater Los Angeles.
