JASON GREENHUT is a senior managing associate in the firm’s Chicago office. As a member of the IP Litigation practice, he focuses on representing clients in all aspects of patent disputes, including district court litigations and petitions for Inter Partes Review. Jason has represented clients in a wide range of technology areas, including semiconductors, telecommunications, satellite communications, computer software, industrial packaging and pharmaceuticals.
Jason graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2012, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and an Editor of the Journal of Law and Policy. Prior to law school, Jason graduated from Duke University with a B.S.E. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Economics.
Prior to joining Sidley, Jason was an associate at another leading firm. Jason has also previously worked in the technology transfer group of the Department of Energy, and as an Instrument Engineer at Exxon Mobil.
