HARRISON HODGIN is an associate in the Century City office and is a member of the M&A practice. He has experience representing private equity clients and public and private companies in mergers, sales and acquisitions.
Harrison participated in Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship program working for the Western Center for Law and Poverty where he worked on litigation relating to no-fault evictions of low-income households. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was President of the Environmental Law Society and served on the Admissions Board of the Environmental Law Review. During law school, he served a summer legal clerk for the Alameda County Public Defender’s office in Oakland, CA. He received his B.A., cum laude, in Spanish Literature & Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
