STACY HORTH-NEUBERT’s practice covers a range of complex commercial litigation, including multi-district litigation and class actions, federal and state appeals, international arbitration and administrative appeals, with a particular focus on high-stakes matters of critical importance to the client’s business. She has represented clients in the internet, automotive, travel and leisure, design, fashion and entertainment industries, and has experience with state and local regulation, unfair business practices and false advertising, and commercial contract disputes.
Stacy was recognized as one of the 2018 “Most Influential Women Attorneys” by the Los Angeles Business Journal and one of the 2017 “Top Women Lawyers in California” by the Los Angeles Daily Journal. She also was named a winner of the California Lawyer Attorneys of the Year Awards (CLAY) by California Lawyer magazine (2009). Stacy received the ACLU of Southern California Pro Bono Advocacy Award in 2007 and its Freedom of Information Award in 2014 for her pro bono work.
