PERRY LUMPKIN is an associate in the Global Finance group of the firm’s Chicago office.
Perry earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2019, where he was a staff member of the Columbia Journal of Tax Law and research assistant to Professor Michael J. Graetz, Columbia Alumni Professor of Tax Law. Prior to law school, Perry earned his B.A. in Social Relations and Policy, with a second major in Economics and a specialization in Political Economy.
Prior to joining Sidley, Perry was a Graduate Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Fellow at Coordinated Advice & Referral Program for Legal Services (CARPLS).
