ASHLEY MULLEN focuses her practice on commercial litigation and disputes, as well as white collar and internal investigations. Ashley has represented clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, life sciences, and chemicals. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing clients in Section 1983 civil rights actions.
Ashley advises clients at all stages of the litigation process. She has experience in fact development and discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery, resolving complex discovery disputes, preparing fact witnesses for depositions, and day-to-day case management. She has also briefed dispositive motions and presented oral argument in federal court and administrative hearings.
While attending Cornell Law School, Ashley was a publishing editor for the Cornell Law Review. She served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Cynthia Bashant in the United States District Court in the Southern District of California. Prior to attending law school, Ashley was a legal assistant in Sidley’s Corporate group.
