MEIGHAN PARKER is an associate in the Food, Drug and Medical Device Compliance and Enforcement group. Meighan’s practice focuses on a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues encountered by public and private companies in the life sciences and healthcare industries, including pharmaceutical and medical device companies regulated under the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and related laws. Meighan has provided regulatory counsel on issues involving promotional compliance materials and regulatory risk management. Meighan has also advised companies in the life sciences and biotechnology industries in corporate transactions, license and collaboration agreements, and public securities offerings.
During law school, Meighan was an extern in the Special Litigation Section of the Civil Rights Division at the Department of Justice. In addition, Meighan served as the captain of the 2018 Health Law Transactional Moot Court Team. Before law school, Meighan earned a Master’s of Theological Studies, focusing on religion, ethics, and politics, from Harvard Divinity School and completed her undergraduate studies in biology at Spelman College.
