ALICE WANG represents clients in appellate litigation and regulatory matters, focusing on telecommunications and privacy and cybersecurity. Alice’s appellate practice focuses on administrative law issues and spans a variety of substantive areas. Alice’s regulatory practice involves providing regulatory and litigation counseling to wireline, wireless, and internet clients, as well as advising on data protection and consumer privacy issues. Alice also has experience representing clients in proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Trade Commission.
Prior to joining Sidley, Alice served as a law clerk to Judge Judith W. Rogers on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to her clerkships, Alice practiced at an international law firm, where she represented clients in federal multidistrict litigation and state court proceedings.
