Sidley has built an inclusive, collegiate culture firmwide. We strive to maintain an environment focused on teamwork and cooperation.

Given our relatively small size, the Brussels office has a relaxed, down-to-earth friendliness that you may not find elsewhere in town. Lawyers and support staff at all levels treat each other with a friendly and genuine respect and value the skills and knowledge that each team member brings to the table.

We are located in the heart of the European Quarter, near Place Luxembourg and close to the Metro and Brussels-Luxembourg train station. You’ll find a great social scene within the office, with organised events including sailing weekends, quizzes, seasonal parties and charitable team activities like the Legal Run.

In addition to an excellent working environment, we offer a competitive salary along with a range of benefits.

Benefits for staff include:

  • Non-contributory group insurance (pension/life/disability)
  • Hospitalisation insurance
  • Public transport reimbursement
  • Meal vouchers, culture and sports vouchers, eco vouchers and year-end vouchers
  • Travel insurance
  • Fresh fruit and free drinks

Our reputation for excellence is built upon a foundation of hiring the best people and providing them with outstanding training.

Sidley’s Staff Training and Development team delivers engaging, relevant and timely learning solutions to ensure that employees in our various staff departments are able to perform to the best of their abilities.

We are dedicated to providing resources and support to enhance the career satisfaction and ongoing development of our support staff.

Support staff play an instrumental role in the success of the firm. We have dedicated business support in several professional disciplines, including human resources, marketing, finance, information technology, secretarial, reception and office services.

We are always looking for talented, motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-driven culture to join our team. Interested candidates should send their resume to recruitmentbrussels@sidley.com.
