Sidley partners Desmond Ang (Hong Kong/Singapore) and Simon Navarro (New York) served as panelists during the 10th Harvard Law School Annual International Arbitration Conference. Held at Harvard Law School on February 1–3, 2024, the conference featured 10 panels, featuring leading arbitration practitioners from the U.S., South America, Asia, Africa and Europe, as well as in-house counsel and representatives from leading arbitral institutions, such as the ICC, CIETAC, HKIAC and the SIAC.
