Sidley Shortlisted in Two Categories at LexisNexis Legal Awards 2024

Sidley has been shortlisted as a finalist in two categories at the LexisNexis Legal Awards 2024. The annual awards celebrate “exceptional achievements, unwavering commitment to justice, and groundbreaking contributions to the legal realm.” The firm has been shortlisted for “Deal of the Year,” for its representation of China Fortune Land Development Co., Ltd. in the restructuring of its US$4.96 billion offshore debt by way of English scheme of arrangement. The firm’s partnership with the charity Not Beyond Redemption to provide free family law advice and representation to mothers in prison has also been selected as a finalist for the “Pro Bono Award.”

Winners will be recognized at the award ceremony in London on March 14, 2024.
