The U.S. Federal Reserve Board, the governing body of the Federal Reserve System, announced the appointment of Jonathan Kelly to its Insurance Policy Advisory Committee (IPAC) for 2025–2028.
The IPAC, which was established by the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act, provides information, advice, and recommendations to the Board on domestic and international insurance issues.
The IPAC is composed of members who have diverse professional backgrounds. Jon is co-leader of the firm’s global Insurance and Financial Services group, leader of Sidley’s Insurance practice in New York and Boston, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He is joining IPAC along with two other new members.
