MAGGIE BAI’s practice focuses on corporate finance transactions. She has experience advising sponsors and issuers on initial public offerings on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, legal compliance matters of PRC-based Hong Kong-listed companies, financing, M&A, and fund formation matters.
