MICHAELA CAPPUCCI focuses her practice on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reinsurance, and corporate governance issues in connection with the insurance and financial services industry.
Michaela received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served as the editor-in-chief of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law and the president of the Wake Forest Transactional Law Competition Board. Additionally, she worked as a legal intern at a major record label. Prior to enrolling in law school, Michaela received her B.S. from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and worked as a paralegal at a transactional music business law firm.
