ALEX CHAU’s practice focuses on capital market transactions, including initial public offerings on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and general compliance and transactional matters. He also serves various positions in the HKSAR government body, including as an adjudicator in the Immigration Tribunal and the Amusement Game Centres Appeal Board. He also previously served as a panel member in the Housing (Appeal) Panel and an adjudicator in the Registration of Persons Tribunal and the Obscene and Indecent Articles Panel of Adjudicators.
