Biography
LU HE focuses her practice on structured finance and securitization. Lu regularly represents issuers, underwriters, and loan sellers in public and private commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions.
Prior to joining Sidley, Lu worked at another New York law firm, where she gained extensive legal experience in real estate law. Lu concentrated her practice in commercial real property acquisitions and financing. Her clients included condominium developers, hotel developers, local financial institutions, and foreign banks.
Lu has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in New York by Super Lawyers from 2014–2019. Lu is a native Mandarin speaker.
