LU HE focuses her practice on commercial mortgage-backed securitization.
Prior to joining Sidley, Lu was a partner at another New York law firm, where she gained extensive legal experience in transactional law. Lu concentrated her transactional practice in commercial real estate transactions and real estate financing, including representation of local and foreign banks.
Lu has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in New York by Super Lawyers from 2014 to 2019. Lu is a native Mandarin speaker.
