SYDNEY ROBLES counsels public and private companies, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, on mergers, acquisitions, and a variety of other complex corporate transactions and strategic investments.
While attending law school, Sydney served as chief production editor of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs and as alumni liaison for Law Women. In addition, she worked as a legal and compliance intern for the general counsel of a New York-based hedge fund.
Prior to law school, Sydney served as a research assistant on a variety of projects, including the Near Crisis Research Project at USC Dornsife’s Department of Political Science and International Relations.
