Project Description  Planned Social Concern is a successfully operating self-regulated micro-finance organization operating in India. It is established as one of 25 Grameen Bank replicators and started its functions with seed funds from the Grameen Trust of Bangladesh and private investors. 
Scope of Legal Assistance Sidley is providing legal research and advice on the overall structure of the business correspondence relationship between Planned Social Concern and an external partner.
