Sidley partner Katherine (Kate) A. Roberts has been named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2021 “Thriving in Their 40s” list, which recognizes exceptional business leaders in Southern California who stand out through success, stellar performance, and the ability to inspire others.
As co-chair of Sidley’s Labor, Employment and Immigration group, Kate routinely plays a leading role in major employment law cases. Her experience extends to all aspects of employment litigation, counseling, and labor relations. A leader in Sidley’s Los Angeles office, Kate serves as Greater Los Angeles chair of the Committee on Retention and Promotion of Women. Her work promoting women and diverse lawyers has significantly impacted Sidley’s summer associate program in Los Angeles, which has seen a majority of women and/or diverse lawyers for the past few years.
