Ching-Lee Fukuda has been named to Managing IP’s 2023 “Top 250 Women in IP List.” This is the fifth consecutive year she has been recognized, having been named to the list each year since 2019. The special annual publication recognizes the senior women IP practitioners in private practice around the world who have “performed exceptionally” for their clients and firms in the past year.
Ching-Lee is the head of Sidley’s IP Litigation practice in New York and a member of the firm’s Global Life Sciences Leadership Council. With 25 years of experience, she has led significant IP litigation victories in federal courts, at the ITC, the PTAB, and the Federal Circuit, focusing on electronics, software, medtech, medical devices, and chemicals. Ching-Lee’s successes include numerous jury and bench trial wins, as well as wins during preliminary injunction, at summary judgment, and on appeal.
