Sidley advised Khosla Ventures, the lead investor in the US$40 million Series B financing of Synchron, a brain-computer interface platform company. Synchron is a leader in minimally invasive implantable brain-computer interface (BCI) technology, which utilizes the jugular vein to access the brain.
