Sidley Represents Jungle Ventures as Lead Investor in Mio’s Series A Fundraising Round

Sidley represented Jungle Ventures (as lead investor) in its Series A investment into Mio, a Vietnamese social commerce platform which focuses on selling fresh produce and groceries in Tier 2 and 3 cities in Vietnam. Existing investors, such as Golden Gate Ventures, Venturra, Hustle Fund, and iSEED SEA, also participated in the Series A round. Mio will use the funds to expand its fulfillment center footprint and improve its logistics and supply chain capabilities. This mandate follows Sidley’s recent representation for Jungle Ventures on the sale of Dathena to Proofpoint.

The Sidley team was led by Parthiv Rishi (Private Equity), and includes Moses Tan and Jian Wei Aw (M&A).
