Sidley partners Justin Savage and Daniel Rubinstein will serve as panelists during the upcoming Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show hosted November 1–4 in Las Vegas, NV. The SEMA show is the preeminent trade show in the US$400 billion aftermarket automotive industry and features hundreds of exhibitors from a range of companies in the industry.
Their panel, titled “Creating and Implementing an Effective Compliance Program to Manage EPA and CARB Risks,” will highlight best practices for creating auto compliance programs. They will be joined by panelist David Garrett, the President of Garrett & Associates, Inc. and the former Director of Global Vehicle Emission Compliance at General Motors.
