Sidley Represents BlueEarth in Sustainability-Linked Financing to Q Collection

Sidley represented Blue Earth Capital AG (BlueEarth), a Switzerland-headquartered global impact investor, in connection with a direct-credit investment into Q Collection Pte. Ltd. (Q Collection). Headquartered in Singapore, Q Collection is a leading vertically integrated apparel manufacturer with manufacturing operations in Bangladesh.

This collaboration marks BlueEarth’s first sustainability-linked loan, allowing the parties to align environmental and social impact outcomes with financial objectives. The capital from BlueEarth will help Q Collection develop a new sustainable manufacturing site and create additional jobs for underserved communities.
