ALYSSA BROER focuses her practice on commercial litigation and disputes, defending companies in their most complex matters. Her experience includes class action cases, contract disputes, and environmental matters.
Alyssa participated in Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship Program, working for the LA Center for Law & Justice on survivor-based immigration cases.
During law school, Alyssa acted as online executive editor of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology. Throughout her first year, she assisted in creating a “know-your-rights” guide for incarcerated individuals in Illinois. She also served as a special litigation unit legal intern for The New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.
