SARA M. CARIAN is an associate in the M&A practice, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, public and private securities offerings, corporation formation and organization, and general corporate matters. Sara represents financial and strategic buyers and sellers and public and private companies.
Sara clerked for the Honorable Ronald S. Prager of the superior Court of California, County of San Diego. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she was a director of the Berkeley Queer Caucus and commentary editor for the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law & Justice. Sara graduated with a B.A. in English, magna cum laude, from Williams College.
