MICHAEL FABRIZIO focuses his practice on structured finance and securitizations, with a particular emphasis on representing issuers and underwriters in collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions (especially CRE CLOs, PF CLOs, and BSL CLOs) and other asset-backed securitizations. Michael also represents financial institutions in their lending facilities with ABS borrowers. Michael has experience with CMBS and RMBS transactions and master repurchase agreements. Additionally, Michael has experience with investment fund formation and private offerings in connection therewith. Michael has extensive experience assisting CLO managers with the transition from LIBOR to SOFR.
While attending St. John's University School of Law, Michael served as articles and notes editor of the New York International Law Review. He also received a B.S. in mathematics from Villanova University.
