Our recent UCC and commercial law experience includes representing debtors and secured parties in creating and perfecting security interests, negotiating intercreditor agreements and lien release documents, addressing UCC and commercial law issues in workouts and defaults, negotiating control agreements, analyzing complex lien perfection and enforcement issues in a broad range of financial transactions and portfolio acquisitions, structuring custody and escrow arrangements to safeguard collateral, briefing UCC issues in federal appellate courts, and advising clients on how UCC and other commercial laws apply to cryptocurrency, digital assets, and the blockchain. We have extensive experience in commercial law issues related to stablecoin, digital asset custody, cryptocurrency trading and exchanges, digital securities, nonfungible tokens, and electronic chattel paper.
