JIM FORD focuses his practice on complex business transactions, including M&A and capital markets activity. While attending the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Jim served as an associate editor of the Journal of Law and Social Policy and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Charles P. Kocoras of the Northern District of Illinois.
Prior to attending law school, Jim worked in corporate banking and leverage lending.
