BRITTNEY FOXHALL advises on a wide variety of corporate matters including corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. In 2025, the National Immigrant Justice Center recognized Brittney as a “Rising Star” for her pro bono service.
She earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2023, where she was a member of the Black Law Students Association and served as a research assistant for Professors Sonja Starr and Emily Buss. She was a recipient of the Earl B. Dickerson Scholarship in 2020–2023. Prior to attending law school, Brittney earned a B.A., cum laude from Howard University where she studied international business and became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She later earned a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan, and managed various policy matters for a labor union representing healthcare workers in Los Angeles.
