ROB GARSSON practices in the Securities and Shareholder Litigation and Commercial Litigation and Disputes practices in the firm’s New York office. Rob represents financial institutions, private equity firms, hedge funds, corporations, and individuals in a range of matters including stockholder class and derivative actions, M&A litigations, and other shareholder disputes.
Rob is also a regular contributor to the firm’s Enhanced Scrutiny blog, in which the Sidley team provides timely updates and thoughtful analysis on M&A and corporate governance matters.
Rob received his J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, cum laude, where he served as a managing editor on the Northwestern University Law Review.
