PAULINA OLIVARES represents individuals and corporate clients at all stages of litigation, including criminal and civil investigations and white collar matters. She has experience in appellate work related to regulatory, statutory, and constitutional issues.
Prior to joining Sidley, Paulina served as a Pro Bono Fellow with the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was an executive editor of the Harvard International Law Journal, represented clients in criminal show-cause hearings as a student attorney with the Harvard Defenders, and received the 2022 “Dean’s Awards for Community Leadership.”
Paulina currently serves as the associate chair of recruitment and retention for Unidos@Sidley.
