RAPHAEL RABINOWITZ’s practice focuses on all aspects of corporate restructuring, including bankruptcy proceedings, out of court reorganizations and workouts, distressed debt acquisitions, and bankruptcy-related litigation.

While attending Columbia Law School, Raphael served as an editor of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review.
