FLOR VAN DEN HENDE advises on various aspects of EU competition law, including merger control, abuse of dominance, cartel investigations and state aid.
Prior to joining Sidley, Flor worked in the competition practice of two other leading international law firms and was a trainee at the European Commission within the Directorate-General for Competition in Unit H5, dealing with state aid in tax planning practices across sectors.
Flor studied at King’s College London and is admitted to practice in Brussels. He is proficient in English, Dutch and French.
