KEVIN HESS focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and private equity transactions. Kevin has represented clients in connection with acquisitions, investments, and divestitures in the energy, infrastructure, and transportation industries, as well as in beauty care and other consumer categories.
In addition to his transactional practice, Kevin provides pro bono services to clients in regard to various matters, including veteran’s advocacy proceedings.
Kevin obtained a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. He also holds a B.A. in history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he graduated with distinction.
