• Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets, on its US$1.3 billion preferred equity investment into Princeton Digital Group (PDG).
• Keppel Corp (through a consortium) on its acquisition of an 80% stake in 800 Super, a waste management company, for S$304 million.
• Inchcape Singapore, which holds the official distributorship for Toyota, Lexus, and Suzuki cars in Singapore, on its acquisition of AutoInsure, expanding Inchcape’s capabilities into electronic vehicle (EV) servicing.
• Horowitz Capital (a private company wholly owned by the executive director of Silkroad Nickel Ltd) on its privatization of Silkroad Nickel Ltd, an Indonesia-based nickel ore mining company.
• Doctor Anywhere, one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing healthcare companies (through Labrador Park Pte. Ltd.), on its approximately S$109 million acquisition of Asian Healthcare Specialists Limited, a Singapore-listed multidisciplinary medical services group.
• Genstar Capital on the Singapore aspects of its acquisition of Numerix LLC, a leading provider of capital markets technology solutions.
• Evonik, the global specialty chemicals company, in the pre-series funding round of Revivo BioSystems, a Singapore award-winning human skin-on-chip technology startup.
• Una Brands, a Singapore-based e-commerce aggregator, on multiple asset acquisitions of e-commerce brands across various Asia Pacific e-commerce platforms.
• Andreessen Horowitz, as lead investor, in relation to the Singapore aspects of the:
  • US$152 million Series B financing of Sky Mavis, which builds games with player-owned economies.
  • US$12 million+ Series A financing of Nansen, a blockchain analytics platform.
• ICON’s majority shareholder, together with the other shareholders, on the Singapore law aspects of its disposal of a leading global cancer care service provider via a competitive sale process.
