DAMIAN TAN focuses his practice on the representation of private equity sponsors, borrowers, and financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions.
Prior to joining Sidley, Damian worked at top-tier international law firms in New York and Singapore. He has experience in leveraged finance and project finance transactions, having represented borrowers and lenders in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, as well as financiers, borrowers, and sponsors on the financing and development of a wide range of oil & gas and renewable energy projects.
