Sidley Partner Ranah Esmaili to Speak at GAIM Ops Cayman

Sidley Securities Enforcement and Regulatory partner Ranah Esmaili will speak at the upcoming 2024 GAIM Ops Cayman, an alternative investment operations conference which draws leading operations and compliance professionals, as well as hedge funds, private capital firms, and institutional investors. Ranah is speaking alongside Kai Lee, Deputy General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Managing Director at Oak Hill Advisors, on April 14. The presentation comprises the Legal and Compliance summit and will explore insights for compliance leaders learned from the SEC’s recent whistleblower case.
