Sidley Lawyer Stephen Cohen to Speak at SIFMA’s Annual C&L Regional Seminar in New York

Sidley partner Stephen Cohen will be moderating a panel on “What's Top of Mind for GCs and CCOs” at SIFMA’s annual regional seminar in New York City. Panelists will include other leaders from across the securities industry who will offer best practices for steering companies through organizational transformation or global expansion; managing strategic priorities in the continuously evolving regulatory and political landscape; responsible use of artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies; and additional timely issues facing corporate leaders.

This year’s New York regional seminar will also feature a one-on-one conversation with FINRA Executive Vice President and Head of Enforcement, Bill St. Louis.
