Lara Shalov Mehraban to Speak at Securities Enforcement Forum New York

On February 5, 2026, from 1:15 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Sidley partner Lara Shalov Mehraban will participate in a panel on "The 'New Day' at the SEC After One Year - The Impact of Changes in Leadership, Priorities, Policy and Organization" at the second annual Securities Enforcement Forum in New York City organized by Securities Docket.
Securities Enforcement Forum New York is a unique, one-day conference that brings together hundreds of current and former senior SEC officials, securities enforcement and white-collar attorneys, in-house counsel, and compliance executives, and other top professionals in the field.
The New York Forum will showcase a Keynote Q&A discussion with U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton and panels from other thought leaders in the securities enforcement field, including former SEC enforcement directors and numerous enforcement officials from the New York office. They will discuss defense strategies for parallel investigations, securities enforcement by states and private parties, whistleblowers, crisis management, the impact of AI, accounting fraud, and other pressing topics.
CLE credit will be available to attendees in Delaware and reciprocal states including New York.
