Sidley Partner Justin Savage to Speak at the 2025 SEMA Show

Sidley partner Justin Savage will serve as a panelist during the upcoming Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show hosted Tuesday, November 3, 2026 - Friday, November 6, 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The SEMA show is the premier trade show in the US$400+ billion automotive aftermarket industry and features 2,400 exhibitors from a range of companies in the industry, including manufacturers and suppliers of automotive accessories, major automakers, leading aftermarket manufacturers, private equity investors, and banks.

The panel, titled “Inside Aftermarket Compliance: Navigating EPA, CARB and the Modern Aftermarket,” follows a regulated aftermarket product from initial design through testing, regulatory review, online marketplace distribution, federal oversight and enforcement response. The discussion will explain how manufacturers can use SEMA Certified-Emissions, federal reasonable basis and CARB Executive Orders to bring products to market while maintaining control of product configurations, applications, listings and supporting records.
