Expect Aggressive Healthcare Scrutiny From Mass. US Atty
March 30, 2021
It has now been nearly two months since President Joe Biden's inauguration. The transition to a new U.S. attorney in the District of Massachusetts is in full swing, and we can expect a new, presidentially appointed U.S. attorney later this year. Yet, even though this represents a time of transition for the U.S. Attorney's Office, we expect that the office will continue to make civil and criminal healthcare enforcement a priority.
